I am doing assignment 2, and I notice that when you try to do part two it wants you to look at all patients "after 1991". When I ran the code (for patients in 1992 and above) it gave me 2 patients for part two, even though the correct output posted had 3 patients. When I ran it again and included 1991, it gave me 3 patients.
My question is, does "after 1991" include 1991 or not?
