Does anyone have any issues when submitting jobs regarding the TaskProlog routine? I get the following error 'slurmstepd: error: TaskProlog failed status=1' even when I try the simplest jobs.
This was bug in the slurm setup which only seems to affect some users, but I think it was fixed. Can you try again?
