Hello there, I have accessed the link sent to me to reset pw on the cluster. It sent a verification code that expires in 10 mins to reset my pw. How do I use it to reset my pw please?

You copy that long verification code you received in your email and paste it back into the form at the portal website you just entered your login and email: https://portal.scinet.utoronto.ca/portalresetpassword Give it another try and let me know how it goes.
