For step 1 of assignment 10, can we output all the netCDF files and the results in one directory but with different names? For eacmple, the netCDF file has the name with format output_0.04_0.02.nc, so that different runs wouldn't overwrite. Saving them under the same directory really makes later post-processing much easier. Thank you!
That's too many files in one directory, really. In this case, you don't have to keep the netcdf files though, as they are not used use them, so if you put them in some temporary directory they are at least "out of the way".
